Stats are for Statisticians. A Head Coach is supposed to improve his team Greatly in year 3. Getting pummeled by KENTUCKY at HOME is not improving, but rather; Regressing. The Truth hurts, but it's still the truth. And the recent staff shakeup reeks of poor hiring decisions. THAT is the really glaring issue.
Thank you for understanding. We are seeing the same crap happen as the previous two coaches. I know he can coach defenses, except slants, but he is clueless when it comes to offense and should stay out of all decisions regarding offense including personnel decisions. All he should tell Chaney is go fast or slow on offense based upon how he wants to play the game. He still thinks defense only will win games but even Alabama has shifted to being the most dominate on offense while the defense has slipped some.

Not to mention we (the tax payers of Tennessee) are still paying Butch millions per year. Fulmer (bless his heart) extended Pruitt's contract a few months ago. Fulmer has never been accused of being real smart with money. If I remember correctly, Fulmer extended Pruitt's contract during the lockdown. Please correct me if I am wrong. Who does that? So, with the $147,000,000 loss, and the extended contract, how far down the tubes will the university have to allow Pruitt to take it before showing him the door is even financially feasible?
If money and cost is a problem, Tennessee is in the wrong business. This cheapness makes me understand the whole picture at UTK. Plain and clear.

Even dumber.
Dumb and dumber. If your numbers were correct we would just offer Saban $20,000,000 a year and $10,000,000 a year for the two coordinators and $5,000,000 a year for the two coordinators. But we don't because we cannot afford to. There is not an unlimited money supply for the UT football program.
