I hate OSU as much as the next guy but their band formations recently have been pretty badass. That obviously won't sway Josh Malone as I am sure he isn't paying attention to that noise.

That would definitely be a new one in recruiting.

Rucker - So Josh, what made you choose the Buckeyes over the Vols?

Malone - Well, it was a tough choice, but it came down to their band formations. They are legit!

I am pretty sure that if you want to be an NFL WR, then you probably shouldn't play for Urban Meyer. The only type of WR that Urban can get to the NFL is a Percy Harvin type, who also carries the ball. That spread offense is not the same as CBJ's spread. All Malone has to look at is Marquez North. With more consistent QB play and more playing time, North will be a stud.

He will also get a good look now at who will be throwing to him over the next few years.

Josh is a Vol until I see otherwise. He may have had a "good visit" at OSU. Doubt he and his family spent the next day and evening with Urban at his house, out on a lake/river when all the other recruits were long gone like he did with Butch.

Like I said, I'll believe Josh isn't a Vol when he commits elsewhere.

There are thought to be several schools still in the running for Malone. Tennessee is still in good shape with him, the Vols have some factors in their favor.
It's still my belief that he will be a Vol.

I was thinking about how Malone was hosted by Dobbs on his OV. Wonder how that will play out with Dobbs now starting for the rest of the season!

And we will get a delay of game penalty because they will not come out the end of the last "e" until 5 minutes gone in the first quarter.
