This is a weird thing to notice, but with Malone being 6' 5" iirc, whoever is standing next to him sure is a bob(big ole boy).

If we add Malone, our WR corps is gonna be HUGE.

North - 6'4
Croom - 6'5
Harris - 6'4
Creamer - 6'6
Malone - 6'4

North, Croom, and Creamer are gonna be str8 mauling people in run blocking. Throw them 5'10 safeties around like ragdolls.

6'5".. This guy has grown 2 inches overnight... Good for him.. No Homo

Guess I didn't remember correctly? Haha I thought I saw he was that tall somewhere. Think I may have been remembering a different tenn native wr.

edit: rivals lists him at 6'5". #imnotcrazy

Not too many safeties are 5'9 or 5'10. Corners yes but safetties tend to be more physical and bigger. But saying that if we land Malone, Kitt and Booth to go along with the guys we have that gives us variety with big, tall guys then shorter, faster guys then the 6'1 guys who are physical and fast. I feel for the secondaries having to cover WRU..Wow,

No worries I figured thats what you meant but regardless we could have the best WR class 2 yrs in a rowwe and really an arguement could be made for 3 with 5* CP, 4* Croom, 4* Pig and 4* Bowles. Plus Blanc is killing it and Carter as well. Whoever is the QB will have lots and lots of weapons plus having RB's with great hands out of the backfield and pass catching TE's our offense will be lethal with just solid QB play and the beasts at RB we have coming in. Time to get the D and kicking game straight.

I know it's a popular rumor Vols are leading and Malone is soon to pop and while I think Tennessee has positioned itself well, I wouldn't say he's close to committing. He's always maintained we wants to see what's out there and he's getting a lot of attention. He's visiting a number of schools in the Carolinas this week and he will visit more in the summer. I just want to set the right expectation, Malone isn't close to committing based on my conversations with him and those around him.

I just always heard it when doolz was recruiting and it seemed like it always meant 2nd place.

I know that's not the case now, however.

I hear ya, the 2nd place Dooley recruiting will take awhile to forget about. It was a painful time.

I really get sick of hearing the statement "Tennessee has positioned itself well".

Better than hearing, "Tennessee hasn't positioned itself to land him", correct?? Either way, long time to NSD, and I believe Malone will be a Vol. Too much that says otherwise, so just give it time.

Looks like a basketball team! Is Creamer that tall? Thought he was 6'3 or 4"?
