For some reason, a lot of people I know seem to think he's a Bama lock.

I'm not sure if that's because he's one of the best in the country or his sister is at Bama.

I really have a difficult time seeing this young man get away from us if Butch and the staff use his close proximity to their advantage. Basically, we should never miss a game of his...honestly, I'm not sure of NCAA rules but if allowed we should have someone from the staff/support staff at everyone of his practices...we should have staff "bumping into him" every time he turns around...I don't care what other kids we are recruiting, Kelly and Hurd should get drastically more attention than anyone else...Kelly because he is so close (and seems to be a lynchpin for the legacies) and Hurd because he is 3 hours away and plays a position of DESPERATE need.

I agree with several on here that TKJ is a TOP priority...the kids highlights from last year are sick. Ball hawk all the way. I think CBJ knows how to sell ths kid.

So he's a lock because his sister goes to Alabama? Meaning, he will go to Bama because of family in T-town. What about his entire family living in Knoxville? The same argument can be said for reasons why he will sign in Knoxville. One of the dumbest points somebody has made is that he is a lock because of his sister. Let me ask you guys, how many of you went to the same school as your brother or sister? I most certainly did not. Another example, Austin Nichols in basketball. His sister goes to UT.

My sister went to the same college I did, starting her freshman year the semester after I graduated. I got more than one call during her first semester "adjustment period" from some of my younger fraternity brothers about what she was getting into. Longest 3 months of my life

Not sure if anyone is really saying he is a lock anywhere. I know I'm certainly not. I do know that I'd feel a lot better if his sister was in Knoxville instead. I think he will be a Vol though.

Vol Lock stop whining folks. Ridiculous how other fanbases are confident while ours whines all day. Just ridiculous, seeing the evidence with this kid. Boy is a Vol plain and simple so stop whining it looks terrible.....

His dad is a legend on campus. The family is treated like royalty. Tickets to every sporting event they want.

Add that to the fact he lives in Knoxville, and his DB coach is a HUGE Vol fan (I know him personally), there's really nothing to worry about here.

We aren't gonna have that problem. Like Kingston said he is a life long ACTUAL VOL FAN. Wasn't there a bunch of pictures of him with Jamal Lewis and Eric Berry on here somewhere?

He is a Vol Legacy big time. Im sure he has had bama hate beat into him. Doubt he goes to Ala, Vol all Day.

I have no fear in these recruiting wars especially this one that was over before it started. You might as well strap up too Gator. Dooley not running the show here anymore.
