'14 TN DB Todd Kelly Jr. (UT Signee 2/5/14)

Cuz my vol fanhood was questioned and I don't take that lightly

I was just havin a little fun with you man, no harm meant. I don't know one way or the other, just pointed out that your reasoning was a bit flawed. I can see this is a personal thing to you so I apologize, TKJ is most definitely not a Vol lock. Now get your game face on.

I have no information, and bring no current information to the party. Only thing I can say is that if Peyton Manning wasn't a lock at Ole Miss, no one is a lock anywhere until the T's are crossed and I's are dotted.

Why cause I'm a realist? Take off the orange-tinted shades.....

You aren't a "realist". I've said this before and I'll say it again, you are merely full of yourself. We all have unsubstantiated opinions. No one knows enough to call this kid a Vol lock or not a Vol lock.

Todd Kelly Sr is being inducted into the Greater Knoxville Hall of Fame next week.

Deep roots in Knoxville.

Wouldn't the fact that there is uncertainty mean that he isn't a Vol lock?

Senior isn't impressed with what Dooley has accomplished so far. That's the main reason he hasn't committed. We have to win some games and prove we don't have a second rate coach before we get this kid.

You're thinking Bell... TKjr is as much of a lock as there can be.

TKJr's sister goes to Alabama and is really, really pulling him that way. His dad isn't being as persuasive in pushing him towards UT.

I think it comes down to Bama, UT and Notre Dame.

My prediction: TKJ will have this board riding the scream machine at some point in the next 17 months. Better tighten your seat belts.

I just hope (which is not a course of action, BTW) that we can make this an easy decision for him.

I dont think he's a Tennessee lock by any means, especially when you have one family member pushing hard for a certain school and the former Vol in the family isn't. We'll see how it plays out but he's a national recruit, nothing would surprise me especially where Tennessee currently is as a program. This could be Andrew Jelks all over again.

You think TKJ would be scared of not getting playing time for a couple years? I doubt that.

At this point, all that matters is we all want this guy to end up in Orange. That's one thing everyone can agree on. Arguing about whether he is a lock or not is just plain stupid.

His sister is not pushing him to Bama.

She'd be a Vol, too, if we would have given her a cheerleading scholarship.
