I have no idea why either of them.... or just the same person would make a big deal about a player working out at camp or not. It's not really news. Well , until they spin it into something negative about Tennessee. Which always happens.

Per 247 -

Coming to the UF game this weekend. He is bringing his sister and father to the game. He has not yet been declared eligible to play by TSAA after transferring from Brentwood Academy. He keeps in touch with Ansley and Dooley often. UT is looking at him to play the saftey/nickel spot in the defense.

Vandy is still on top for him, and Louisville is up there as well. He has a good rapport with both sets of coaches. Has offers from Vandy, Louisville, UT, Nebraska, Ole Miss, Miss. St., and Duke. He is getting interest from LSU, GT, UGA, Purdue, and Bama.

"Honestly, that's exactly what I needed for UT to climb up my charts. Just to see a good game like that played by them and see what Neyland Stadium has to offer," said the articulate Gaulden, a football and track standout. "Before, I had medium interest and now that interest has gone up because of what I saw at the game and how hot the atmosphere was and the hostility of the crowd."

"Before the game I got to walk out on the field and see players warm up; it's always good being close up and seeing how you look compared to college football players," Gaulden said. "We ate some good food before and during halftime. "And yeah, that means a lot the coaches talking to us. They're going out of their way to talk to their big-time recruits while a big game is about to happen."

"I saw a lot of holes in the secondary and as far as Trey Burton and them being able to get outside," Gaulden said. "I definitely saw myself in their shoes and saw that it would be a great opportunity. And I would not mind playing in front of 100,000 fans and that atmosphere. That's what I really like."

I've read a couple different interviews with recruits, and I think they were honestly suprised it wasn't a complete blowout the whole game. They seem impressed that we even stayed with Florida that long. Could be looked at as a positive or negative, but have just noticed that here and there.

The fans took it harder than the recruits. Recruits actually are believing in Dooley and crew. I hope he rights the ship. But I can't say I believe in him as of right now. The staff has to prove me wrong.

I have a TON more faith in Sunseri than Chaney right now. I don't see CDD picking up the offensive play-calling.

Of course, Gaulden plays football on Fridays for Nashville (Tenn.) Independence. On Saturdays, he's watching football at various locations. The 2014 prospect has already visited Tennessee this fall for the Florida game. He said he'll make a return trip to Knoxville on Oct. 20 for the Alabama game.

“I think highly of them,” the safety prospect said of the Vols. “I went to the game against Florida and the atmosphere was pretty hyped, so that made them climb my chart. I'm looking forward to going back there for the Alabama game.” -ESPN

I love seeing some potential secondary help. Saying it is much needed is an understatement.
