Likely, but I wouldn't say he is a lock.
He had plans to commit to South Carolina at last week's junior day, but opted to visit Clemson and hold off on committing so he may evaluate other offers that will be coming this spring. Programs like Ohio St, LSU, and Bama makes regular stops thru Goose Creek during spring practices. I'm sure Jay Graham will also make a visit.
With limited numbers for 2014, South Carolina may only take one TE. I think South Carolina may have KC Crosby higher on their list, but if Kalan was to commit, I think he would be a take.
I believe Kalan will be camping at UT this summer, along with Caleb Kinlaw.
