'14 SC RB Caleb Kinlaw

From ESPN.

"Right now, I think Tennessee and North Carolina are my top two, but they are just slightly in front," Kinlaw said. "They have a great history of running backs, like North Carolina has a running back going to the NFL and so does Tennessee. I know I could go in there and play as a freshman or a sophomore and do well there."

"Both of the offenses are high tempo, and I would like to be a high-tempo type of guy. There would kind of a difficult transition, but I am up for it."

"I am waiting for more offers, and I really want to see who commits where first, but I want to narrow it down by the end of football season."

5.7 3-star on Rivals

You would think Rivals would give him 5.8 for his performance at NFTC Charlotte when he beat out a 5 and three 4 stars, especially in those miserable conditions.

Weather was so bad and the field so wet, not one recruit ran under a 4.5 forty out of 1600+ that were tested.

JC I noticed in that article he is looking for more offers and going to see who commits where.

Do you think us having Hurd and Paulk will keep us out of Kinlaw's final decison when it is all said and done?

Ain't the first time I've scratched my head over their rankings

No, not at all.

From what I heard, Caleb was told by the UT coaching staff they would be going after three RBs, which included Hurd, Paulk and Caleb.

Caleb won't make a decision until he weighs all his options. I think he is planning to make it up to UT to watch a practice and meet Coach Gillespie on spring break.

Great update, thanks.

I really like his game and think all three of those RB's would bring great qualities to our backfield.

I may come to one of his games this fall to root him on in Orange!
