"Right now, I think Tennessee and North Carolina are my top two, but they are just slightly in front," Kinlaw said. "They have a great history of running backs, like North Carolina has a running back going to the NFL and so does Tennessee. I know I could go in there and play as a freshman or a sophomore and do well there."
"Both of the offenses are high tempo, and I would like to be a high-tempo type of guy. There would kind of a difficult transition, but I am up for it."
