I hope none of you think that all of the weight the newcomers have gained is 100% muscle. It is all "good" weight but during the bulk phase you definitely gain fat. I'm not saying that what they are doing is bad but this weight is meant to be put on to help with their gains and then they can "cut" during the season. Just an FYI
Same reason I want Paulk to slow down on the weights. He was better as a Soph. to me. Much more explosive as a player. He needs to be trimmed down at least 10 pounds.
you eat what they give you/make you, and training for gains is all about nutrition and TIMING.. people eat like sh!t in local gyms and don't lift with a strength coordinator which is why they look the same 3 years later.
