Since this thread got bumped anyways, on that recent video were VP shook Sutton's soul off his soles, VP wasn't the only impressive person. At the end of the clip you see someone come flying in from the other side, nearly catching VP. That man was none other than Moseley.

Dude has rockets attached to his feet.

I noticed that too! He's got the speed we are looking for!

Mosley is 165. The new roster was updated and released this weekend.

I did not really buy the "he has gained 18 lbs of rip in a month" when people were saying it. Weights are usually fudged to make progress look much quicker than it really is. The big guys are lighter and the small guys are packing on the muscle. It's common chatter.

Let's just say he needs to add 8-10 lbs. of muscle from this point into the fall to be as effective as he could be. He can be a real force with that speed, quickness, and nose for the ball.

You actually believed the talk that he was gaining over a LB of muscle every 48 HRS for a month?

I think any assumption that all of the weight was muscle is unfounded. All I've heard is that he gained 18 LBS. I wouldn't be shocked if that was fudged a little... weight varies fairly drastically even throughout a day, so it's pretty easy to fudge. But I'm sure a decent chunk is not muscle.

8-10 lbs of muscle in a month is definitely manageable even for us normal skinny folk. I've done it and am sure I could have done 11-15 if I had access to the same diet / weight facilities as the kids at UT. 18lbs is an amazing gain nonetheless, especially for a short time period, but it's not all that far fetched when you have a world class gym & staff at your disposal.

You know that's possible for a young kid like him. His pics show it with ease. He was a string bean and now he has guns dude.

you want guys to put on weight muscle but it also can be a bad thing if they pack it on too quick esp Db, rb/wr and speed rushers. 10-15lbs isnt a bad net gain in 2months.

My people that saw him up in NC thought he was all of 160 at the most. Him putting on weight and fast was a good thing.
