14 FL WR Lawrence Lee (Previous UT commit)

Lee has the worst film of any recruit we have committed so far, it would be great if he de commits, we need room for others who are willing to compete

Competition is everywhere, surely getting another reciever don't send him somewhere else. Neverless tickled to land Powell, he is a versatile player possible slot or a little rb in certain situations and LSU wanted him as a corner. No reason for Lee to feel like he cannot contribute but he will do what he does. GO VOLS!!

Don't understand why people gotta bad mouth high school kids over some silly speculation.

I mean I guess it's an Internet message board but you'd think we could at least wait for some quotes before we start calling him spineless and crap.

Getting the preliminaries out of the way...that way we can go straight hate when the quotes come in!

Lee is a stud, IMO. I also think Kameel is a stud. If a freshman can walk on campus and play with Kenny Stills and Ryan Broyles then he's a baller. I think once he gets some Juco tape out there he will blow up more. Very lucky to have him.

He scored like 40 TDs in 5 min... No expert, but he looked very good to me

Forget Lee. I want Lee's HS D! What's that like 39 turnovers in 5 minutes. They must have scored atleast like 240-280(depending on the kicker) in that stretch of that game.

With us or against us. Hop on board and join the TEAM or move on to what you feel is best for you. I would love to have Lee but if he is not all in, and feels he can play sooner elsewhere, goodluck.

This is true. Kemeel is an animal!! So excited to see him in orange!

Butch likes to have 12 scholarship WR at all times. If he isn't up for the competition, probably be best to look elsewhere. Cause he is going to have it tenfold here.

Of course I have no idea what the kid was told when he was being recruited and or talked into committing. There is competition everywhere you go especially if your playing in the SEC. With that said, possibly taking at least 4 slot WRs(so far) in one class seems like a lot to me. (Wharton, Lee, Booth, Powell). Also consider the TEs will be in the slot on a lot of sets. RBs will be in the slot at times. Maybe Lee has an issue with the way it's unfolding because the numbers do not match what he was told during recruiting.

People are saying he must be afraid of competition. Funny thing is, if he were a bama or uf lean while considering Tennessee people would be saying "why is he going there, he will just have to sit and never get to play". When it's building our depth, it makes a lot more sense to people I guess.

Good Point LV. He may want to remember that as fast a pace as this offense will be playing, there will be a lot of need to get players in and out for rest. I would think a Slot Guy will get pretty winded after a few plays in a row. So solid depth at that position is needed.
