14 FL WR Lawrence Lee (Previous UT commit)

I know we got some good athlete's now but if this class keeps filling up with this kind of athlete's it is going to be exciting to watch once again. If we can put together a couple more classes like this one we will finally be able to compete with the Bama's and UF.

I like ESPN. They have a different way of ranking, but their top 150 is probably the most accurate top 150 as a whole. Their order of that 150 is a little wonky though if that makes sense.

Just don't take too much that Jalen Hurd is 50whatever on there or Lawrence Lee 170whatever (according to the ESPN300 they accidentally posted), but that they are in/close to the 150.

A mouthful to say, hope my point got across

Scout's rankings may be a little off, but their interviews with recruits and practice coverage of the Vols are almost second to none. JMO

Paulk will be in top 250 next month in the new rivals update. Creamer will likely get the bump to a 4star. Lee should be a 4star next month too but will probably start out as a 3.

I disagree. Rivals base rankings is my favorite and 247's composite is pretty good.

They all are really hilarious to me. I don't care about stars really. I like athletes and that's how I grade players. I watch film, make a grade(look at skills, potential, fit, etc....) then roll with it from there. My rivals account is for film purposes really. And Hudl is replacing them in that dept. to an extent.

From an athletic standpoint, where would you put Lee among guys like Truitt or Autry

Truitt is elite on both sides of the ball. Plus he's body strong. Which is something that separates the elite from the good guys(Percy Harvin was a very body strong type of guy).

Lee is an elite slot guy. Very good pickup in an offense like what we'll be running. Hell in the slot and has very good top end speed along with his moves. Very fun player for a spread system.

Autry is tiny and coming off an injury. I'm not as high on him as some. Just me though.....

Dont'e Stallworth benched 400 lbs as a WR. Had a whole year of "muscle beach" and it made him that much better.

I've never seen it my guy. No harm no foul.....

You saw it first on Vol Nation. lol In one of Fishburne's very early movies, the credit list showed him as Larry. It's informal, familiar. Lee's HS vid looks good to me, but I'm just not sure how he'll stand up to gators, bammers, and dawgs. That's why I asked.
