'14 CA CB Adoree' Jackson (Signed with USC)

So I guess we can officially count OrangeHammer out. No one is close to this one, and no one knows or will know until he announces. We'll just have to wait.

If he says "I'll be attending the Unversity of Tennessee" during his announcement it will shock me so much that there is no telling what I'll do.

And my shock wouldn't even come just from him, it seems like we have a pretty decent chance. I read 1,000 times more than I post but I read this every year and every year they go somewhere else. That's why it would shock me if we got Adoree, just seems too good to be true.

I never wanted to be counted in lol. I'm friends with someone close to the situation. Any closer and id be in Adoree's lap. Tifwiw

Very true. Maybe this is the year that things finally start to change for the good guys on the Hill.

I've stated for s few weeks now that we are his parents choice. Adoree will take that info into consideration but he likes all of his top schools. Gonna be a tough decision for him no doubt.

USC would be the softer, easier way out. The reasons to go there have less to do with the actual game of football. Tennessee is where you go if you want to play against the best of the best every week. Tennessee is where you go if you're a real football player who wants to test and showcase his abilities. Tennessee is where you go if you want to compete for a national championship over the next four years. The choice all depends on if the player is looking for a vacation or looking to push the limit. At Tennessee we're always looking for a few good men.

Q.F.T. Good job, dude. You should have that inscribed on something!

I wish someone would have wrote something similar to Jesse Scroggins. It may have been enough to change his mind.

unknown? LA has not nfl team SC kids are rockstars there. Read guys like Nelson Agalor, MLee and L Williams twitter, those kids are living the life on Sunset Blvd.

lol, no. Outside of a select few in Southern California who aren't east coast transplants and actually care about USC football, SC players aren't rockstars there. Actual rockstars are rockstars there. As are Actors/Actresses, Kobe Bryant, D-bags hollywood execs, etc.

I don't like agreeing with a gator but this is correct

College athletes in LA are not treated like rock stars...Movie stars and rock stars are treated like stars.
They will be a small fish in a huge pond.
Even worse is that life in the paparazzi capital, everyone of any importance lives under the media microscope. That doesn't seem so great to me.
Lastly I think an athlete of Adoree's talent would be better served in a place with fewer distractions where he focus on skill building that will take him to the next level.
As for attention, I honestly believe this recruiting class and the dramatic changes in the football culture and new excitement around UT will generate coverage as good as anyone gets. At UT he has the opportunity to be a part and be credited at least in part for being the change that brings UT back to elite status.
No doubt I am incredibly biased, but I live in Miami and deeply miss the Smokey mountain areas and the people of Tennessee. It is an amazing place you do not appreciate until you have left.
Good luck Adoree, I hope to see you in Volunteer orange.

Their twitter accounts are latent with the normal college stuff. Nothing notable.... The only reason that you know more than USC fans is because two of them are from FL.

Yea in Fl they are rockstars in LA they are who dat...Ever Been to Sunset Blvd besides Google....Troll away...

I live in Southern California and College football doesn't get a second look here. It's all about pro sports. Dodgers, Kings, Lakers, Clippers all get top tier TV time. You have to be a die hard USC or UCLA fan to even notice.
