Elder now 3 time MVP of state D2 basketball tournament. Beat Austin Nichols' team in finals for the second year in a row. Kid shows up when it counts!

Not sure what your comment has to do with anything, but he WAS pretty dominant against a very good Briarcrest team which included one of the best players in the nation. Quit being an idiot just because the kid did not like UT.

btw, smart guy: that "bunch of preppy white kids" beat Munford by 23 late last month. Munford beat Dyer County (Robert Hubbs' team) twice this year. But I'm sure you know what you are talking about. :good!:

I didn't want Elder for BB at UT because I don't think he can make it at a big BB program. Name one Briarcrest guard that will play D1 BB.

Not sure yet this year. They had one last year when Elder lead his team over Briarcrest in the championship and was named tournament MVP. Ask me again after signing day this year.

I watched Elder's state championship game this year and he's got one fast step. How anyone can say he can't make it at Miami as a BB player is beyond me. Kid is a great athlete.

What was more impressive was his ability to get to the rim at will and finish. He's lightening quick. People say he's a way better football player, but he's a awesome BB player too. Won't be surprised if I see this kid in four years playing on Sundays in the NFL. I hope he finds one sport in college and gives it his all, which seams to be football since that's where his scholarship is coming from.
