'13 KY DE Jason Hatcher (USCw Commit)

I couldn't care less about this kid. Did you see his interview the other day? I'm not even sure he speaks English.

Jason Hatcher interview at The Opening - YouTube

I think at the 1:38 mark he even calls TN "a coastal school, but not too far".

I already saw this interview once and I believe he says it's close to school but not too far. As in being close to Trinity/city of Louisville.

Nothing new here...this quote was from a while ago. It's in his thread. He's from KY and knows how bad they are. It's not like UT fans didn't say the exact same hing last fall!

All this was posted the other day in his thread. I wonder if they were upset about ASU ending SC's streak of 11 years? Probably didn't even know about it. At least we held them off for 26 years. That loss sucked , but streaks end all the time. Not like SC doesn't drop the ball to a nobody they should beat yearly with GOOD TEAMS.

How? How does someone who has to look at all schools without VOL shades know it won't happen again?

Losing to Kentucky once in a quarter of a century doesn't mean you lose to everybody else and has no bearing on the future successes. It's like going to your favorite restaurant and having one bad meal in the 25 years you've gone to that restaurant. Does that mean the food suddenly sucks? Does that mean its a bad restaurant? No and no. It's a stupid assumption in general. USCs rare terrible losses should not have any bearing on recruits either. It's narrow minded and a terrible way to make a decision.

"it's a close school, but not too far"? That still makes no sense. That be like saying "I like skinny girls, but not too fat".

I'm about 95% sure he calls TN coastal.

all kiffin continues to show is just how immature and childish he is. with how classless he was in his exit from tennessee after just 1 year he really should act like an adult and clearly he is incapable of doing that..
The fact that he is negative recruiting while at USC shows you his lack of character.

I'm not saying one loss should completely sway a recruits decision, but for someone who is a non Vol fan, why shouldn't he be concerned?

I already told you why. It's ignoring good information and using an outlier to base that decision off of. It's bad decision making.

Pretty harsh words, but oh well. From what i read in his recruiting thread some think he will flip to us if our season goes well, but who wants a kid with that attitude? Its the same as being a fair weather fan. Everyone loves the team when they're winning, but where have all those people been these past 5 years? Itll really piss me off this year when we kick ass and all these folks dust off the ole orange cap and start wearing it like they never stopped. Same with this kid. When we win dont come around wanting to get into our vet school. Head down to miss state and work on cows, or just keep fighting on with kiffin.

Has anyone verified that he actually said these things? That is, is there a link to where he was quoted, or did someone just post this on Twitter?

A few interesting USC losses in the last few years....

2011 - ASU 6 win team
2010 - Oregon St. 5 win team
2009 - Washington 5 win team
2008 - Loss to Oregon State cost them a chance at the title
2007 - Stanford 4 win team

don't forget 2006 and that huge loss to a bad ucla team that cost them another national championship shot. that stanford loss was so bad it was against their backup qb.. they didn't even lose to stanford's starting qb in that game..

I remember it. But don't talk about it. Everything out there in fantasy land is perfect. They never lose games they shouldn't. It's all the other teams that come up short. They are God of college football.

Streaks end everywhere. It took ASU 11 years , but SC does this every year and ruins their chance at the title. 43-22 beat down. Even though I'm not a SEC fan , the title has stayed in the conference because they choke when they shouldn't. It happend a lot in the PC era. With VERY GOOD teams. Wonder who will ruin it for them this season?
