What do you guys believe the odds of getting Lawson are? 30%?

Judging from the insiders, I would say greater. He loves Sal (doesn't everybody?), isn't as committed to Auburn as everybody thinks, and likes how we would use him in our scheme.

I think Lawson will be a jack for us. He's said he would rather be a backer in 3-4. Than a de in 4-3. But I'm with would be a huge get with either guy.

I just think the coaching staff has to be secure. Lawson really likes Tennessee. The more he visits AU and bonds with players and AU recruits is bothersome for me. Im pretty sure Liner is visiting here because of Lawson, its not so they can recruit kids to AU either. From everything i hear, Liner seems very solid to AU so not sure what to think of him visiting.

If the coaches think a player is solid to another school with no chance of flipping him, wouldn't it be better to tell that player not to visit?

Florida State told my buddy not to visit unless he was going to really flip from Auburn. Hell he flipped on the visit long story short.

IMO Lawson is the one wanting liner to visit in hopes that he would like it too and have that as an option for both to flip. They have become really tight from what I see making it hard for him to flip on his own

Jmo, never try to apply BMI to football players. Actually, bmi not good for ANY athlete evaluation. It does not factor in lean body mass at all.

AU may be taking some "hits" from parents of recruits, with the latest shooting incident along with the recent sentencing of 4 players for home invasion. Their AD and Chizik have been trying to distance the team and school from all the bad PR, but rumor is there have been some very concerned parents. Obviously CSS and CDA have been working heavily to get LB's and DB's down here in Bama and timing is good right now.
