-AU offense 217 yards/game worst in 50 years
-Started 1-5 for the first time in over 50 years
-AU defense allowing 418 yards/game
-AU allowed 30 points or more 17 times (37%) in 46 games during Chizik era
-More arrests, 10 than wins 9 since 2011
-Beat by the Mississippi schools by 39 points in the same season
-Blown out by more than 3 TD's by GA (2), ARK (3), LSU (2) and AL (1) in 4 years
-Given up 40 points or more 7 times, in the previous 10 years AU gave up 40 points only one time
-Underdog to Vandy for the fist time since 1951
-Lost 6 straight SEC games

i don't wish any ill towards Auburn but it's a sure thing the "towel boy" has been negative recruiting against UT. Flipping Lawson would be sweet justice. Beating Auburn next fall is going to be fun. With Coach Dooley on the sidelines.

I read something about D Liner and he said he would visit UT this weekend with Lawson. I will see if I can dig it up.

First hole in dike?

Arshad Jackson, 3-Star TE from Hampton, Ga., has decomitted from AU according to his bet friend DE Davin Bellamy who is committed to Florida State.

Bellamy confirmed to Auburn Rivals that he and Jackson spoke tonight and Jackson said he has de-committed from Auburn. According to Bellamy, Jackson was bothered by Auburn saying he couldn't take visits and his de-commitment has been in the works the last few weeks. FSU appears to be a team most likely to jump to the forefront of Jackson's recruitment.

Friday Morning Update

AU Rivals talked with Jackson this morning, and he says he is still committed to Auburn and last night was a "big misunderstanding". AU confirms this, he's still committed. He talked about the season, which is concerning to him, but he claims he's still good with Auburn.

We'll see.

Maybe SCTiger can shed some light on this but I have seen on several boards not just UA board that Trooper has been pulled off the recruiting trail.

Again curious if true and why if you guys have heard anything.

I mentioned a couple of days ago that Auburn 247 said they had asked AU about TT in that regard, but AU said no comment. Reporter said the reader would have to draw his/her own conclusion.

No flame, but saw OJHoward is visiting FSU this weekend. Just one of his OV's?

I think you're right. govols247 hasn't confirmed the visit, but I think they said they expect Dee Liner to be visiting along with Lawson.

It seems that would hurt AU a little with Trooper off the road because you would want your top recruiter out there doing damage control. So I was curious.

OJ is suppose to take an UOV visit to UF this weekend for the USC game. His dad said last night not sure if that will happen yet.

He is suppose to take all 5 OVs, but right now the only one he has setup is the UA/aTm game. I know he said he will take one out west to USC but not setup yet.
