By the way, if y'all haven't seen Lawson play, I think he would (potentially) be the most important signing of this class. Even if we were to snag a big time running back.

He looks like an NFL player right now and is probably in the two deep at Jack the day he walks on campus.

I'm inclined to agree with this, if it's true that he's contacted Sunseri and that his commitment isn't solid then The Vols are looking at some MAJOR prospects that want to jump on the train : Lawson, things looking good with Henry, UT is supposedly Bell's leader, Toby Johnson (Silent), Koehler (Silent), Marquez North, Jatavius Stewart, Jonathan Rumph, Levenberry is listening, Williams/Turman/Folston. All of these guys are 4/5 stars with Tennessee at or near the top of their list.

A big win at home against FL in front of the Gameday atmosphere could set this class up to explode.

He doesn't want word getting out. Saban said no way would he even consider the Bama job. That's what happens in recruiting and sports in general.

getting lawson just to visit would be awesome. having him sign here to play football. boys get ready for some winning.

Yeah, but things changed with Saban. He didn't straight up lie about a fact. Straight from the horse's mouth he said it didn't happen. That kind of thing will come out if he visits here this weekend.

I believe Lawson. Call me crazy.

thats a good point. i think lawson is doing damage control and doesn't want word getting out.

He might have. Recruits don't like their personal lives being broadcasted sometimes. Lawson is trying to manage the flack he'd get for wavering, if he did indeed make the call.
