Which should show you what actual coaching can do. GT does not have top classes but develops players and win games. I know SEC better than ACC in football ect. Just found the statement funny with how UT has struggled. I would love for 4 straight bowl appearences right now for UT. Never thought getting to a bowl would ever be an issue since six wins gets you there now regardless of conference.

Being in a meat grinder of a conference doesn't help in the win department when a team is down. I agree though that you have to have a coach that can actually coach up the talent that they have. I believe that UT would be in a lot better shape with the talent that we have had recently with better coaching.

Because he was not going to pull scholly's like Bear and others did when they misjudge on a player. Alot like Saben does today. The reason he felt they could not hang was he would not do that to kids. Tell the whole story sir.

Responding to what others posted. The link posted if you are interested in what Dodd really said. Otherwise, your post sounds like something an adult would not post.

At least Tech played in a bowl game again. It is a better academic school which is what college is really supposed to be about yet you call it a ****ty school. How funny. Sure you could not get into this horrible school.

If you cared to read my posts, you would realize, I am not a rival poster. But, read what alot of UT fans do posts on here then posts how bad rival posters are. Some UT posters on here should make you shake your head as well. Thought it might be interesting to read why Tech left. But, some of you just seem to have your head up your ***.
