'13 GA DE Carl Lawson (Auburn commit)

East Nashville is the gay part of Nashville. They are buying up all the old houses and renovating them. Love the houses, hate the area, and people.

Lol. Gay cowboys. Funny. Similar to Brokeback Mountain? But yea, I like East Nashville, doesn't seem to be as country there which is ****ing refreshing.

From Rivals -

Robert Nkemdiche has held onto the No. 1 overall spot in the Rivals rankings all year, but fellow Atlanta-area star Carl Lawson has been steadily climbing, recently settling in at the No. 2 spot. Nkemdiche has shied away from the camp and combine scene in the recent past, so this week will be the first chance to see the two side-by-side in quite some time.

If Lawson continues to build on his impressive senior season with a dominant Under Armour performance, he has the ability to leapfrog into the No. 1 spot. Conversely, Nkemdiche will get his chance to remind us all why he's been No. 1 all along.

I'm taking all the negative thoughts such as "no way we get this guy, we're not that lucky and everything goes against us" and I'm converting it into a can do attitude.

We're going to bust our butts to get this guy. He's coming to visit and we're going to blow his doors off. This bad luck ends this signing day. Lawson, Green, North, and Bell commeeee on down.

Rivals tends to make wild assumptions lately.

Just remember talk of interest between Lawson and UT started this summer. Before the future of both AU and UT staffs were a concern. He has always expressed interest in UT and it seemed the only thing holding him back in the summer was his relationship with the AU staff and some of the other recruits which both seem to be gone.

Where he ends up at this point is unclear but if UT gets a visit they have just a good of a chance of anyone of getting his signature.
