'13 FL RB Derrick Henry (Bama commit)

I spoke to him just briefly as he's leaving town.

He said the visit went good and that he saw some good things that Tennessee was doing in the run game last night. He said that a win or a loss will not be the deciding factor in his decision.

He will go where he is most comfortable on and off the field which includes his relationship with players and coaches.

His plan remains the same. He will visit Alabama next weekend and then make his decision a week from Thursday.

We will have more from him later tonight.

I really hope the coaches know something on this guy. He would be such a game changer from day one.

I came away from last night feeling awfully disappointed, but also thinking we may be as close as one recruiting class away from taking the next step. If we land a back like Henry as well as some more high quality DL and OL help, we will win more games like last night.
