When you are comparing teams try not to compare a mid major level team like NC State to UM.

No offense but UT beat NC State by only 14 and gave up 21 points to NCSU and that is impressive, but yet UA beats UM(who was actually ranked) by 27pts and only gave up 14 pts but UA was not impressive. OK

Henry may turn or may not turn out to be a great RB. But not close to TR coming out of HS. Not to mention TR is 5'9 and Henry is 6'4. Just saying.

Bama is the best team. By a good bit. Michigan is not a hell of a lot better than NCSU. Oklahoma is also over ranked. Outside of the top 3, it is a crap shoot. I'd go Bama LSU then USC.

When did he say that UT's performance was impressive? He broke the statistics that indicated not all of Bama's points were scored by the offense. What he said was absolutely true.

Didnt realize you had to be 5'9 to be a physically overwhelming back. Come TW, you know I didn't say he was as good as TR. just stating that they are both physical specimens who can bruise between the tackles.

Dude you're so full of Bama kool-aid. I hope we're healthy for that game so I can listen to your excuses for getting your azz whooped. We would've beat Michigan this year and LSU would've too. Stop with the BS.

Me with the kool-aid. I already said UM was over rated. Now you and some of the others are making sound like UT is back on top because you beat NC State. If you are going to predict your season outcome on that win and think that is the way your schedule will play out give me some of what you are smoking. Or stop with the BS.

Again you have not heard me say one thing about how UA will finish or do in any game. I take each game but what is a joke is comparing NC State to UM. But again pass around what you are smoking.

Gimmick Qb (Robinson) vs a guy that will be drafted in the first three rounds (Glennon). I'm not saying NC State is great, but Michigan would not be the first pre season top 10 to be extremely overrated. Look at it like this, if Mich had a 22 (pre season)beside their name instead of 8 would you be saying there is much difference between the two teams? (Mich, Nc State)

I like you as a poster. But this is all if's and but's. You don't know that Michigan is better than NC State or vice versa. Means nothing at this point. We handled our business and you handled yours. It's all good because we'll play you soon enough.

Exactly and way to early to make a prediction with one game played in a season. Right now I am just hoping for UA to have a good game against WKU this weekend and hope the injuries we have are better for Ark.

Again I thought UM was over rated. But I also think NC State will not even come close to contending for the ACC title. Glennon is as much overhyped as DR. I am not even sure if NCSU will finish with 6 wins. I think they drop to UConn this weekend and if so they finish 5-7.

Regarding UA we looked bad in the game. 2nd & 3rd qtr are OL looked nothing like an OL with their experience. AJ got chewed out at halftime because he was throwing some lazy balls. Lacy is nowhere near 100%. Coming off turf toe surgery was already an issue for the weight he put on and hurt his knee and ankle in fall camp and sat out a scrimmage. Yeldon if he could pass block better may move pass Lacy but not anytime soon. Already thin at DB and now Millner in a cast. Not to mention atleast 5 other D players banged up. Our D opened the season better than 2010 but still need alot of work. Not to mention playing 9 true freshman in the game. UA has a long way to go to worry about games 6 weeks down the road.

Here's an easy one. Go play for Nick Saban. When is the last time a player doing drugs got caught , or better yet , in trouble for it at Bama? And please don't sit there and tell me they aren't smoking weed in Tuscaloosa.

i dont think there is a lot of difference in michigan and nc state......having said that i dont think ut can compete with the mullet heads yet.

We'll definitely compete with them. Win..maybe not this year, but we'll be right in the game the whole time I guarantee it.

If we're + in the turnover department, and can capitalize on them, I think we have a good shot at beating UA this year.

Robby Green was suspened in 2010 for the entire year. and then in 2011 kicked off the team for failing a 2nd drug test. In the 2009 BCS title game he started and would have been a starter in 2010 before failing the drug test.
