'13 FL RB Derrick Henry (Bama commit)

Robby Green was suspened in 2010 for the entire year. and then in 2011 kicked off the team for failing a 2nd drug test. In the 2009 BCS title game he started and would have been a starter in 2010 before failing the drug test.

Nice try though:hi:

So one since Saban got there? Saying he would start is easy , but with the DBs you guys were bringing in you can't say that for sure. I'm sure if it was Trent or Julio nothing would have happend.

Let me know when they kick someone off they can't afford to lose.

dude all these guys in every SEC program smoke weed, please dont act like they don't.

I hate Bama as much as anyone, and even if they do cheat or they don't, stop with the silly shots.

I'm not sure who you are talking to , but I don't think there is anything "silly" about a program that could possibily be that clean. How do they do it? Look at the list of people we have kicked off. I live in Alabama and I never hear about any of them failing drug tests. You know they smoke. I know they smoke. What gives? You don't hear about it at SC either. I guess they all have glaucoma out there. And Oregon just flat out tells the world they don't care if the players smoke.

Kinda funny how Dre got caught as soon as he left the program huh.

I don't even though I think he's a very good slasher.

To clarify, I should have said I think Kamara can be an every down back. I like his natural cutback skills and body lean, quickness and long stride once he gets into open field. Could see us use him like the Chiefs did Jamaal Charles. JMO

Now back to Henry :)

If you are going to make a comment about something you should have some idea what you are talking about. Try harder for the ecred with your comment. But the fact is he was a starter coming into the season. I guess at UT if someone starts the year prior and is projected as a starter for the fall it has little value. But Green was our starting CB and played there against Texas in the BCSCG. Because of his suspension true freshman D Milliner got the start in the 2010 season and any fan who actually has a clue knows how that worked out and in case you do not UA finished 4th in the SEC west that season.

Let me know next time when actually know what goes on at UA when you want to comment on it.

Actually maybe you should think Saban. Because if Saban did not kick off Sentimore for shooting off fireworks in the dorm he would not be playing for UT. But wait Saban does not have to disclipline his players.

BTW Duron Carter was projected as a starter this fall as well and even some sites had him on preseason all Sec teams, but he to failed drug tests and is no linger with the team.

BTW try using google it may help in the future.:hi:

When you are comparing teams try not to compare a mid major level team like NC State to UM.

No offense but UT beat NC State by only 14 and gave up 21 points to NCSU and that is impressive, but yet UA beats UM(who was actually ranked) by 27pts and only gave up 14 pts but UA was not impressive. OK

Not so sure Mich would beat NC St. I mean hell St beat Clemson and VTech to death last year. I know its a diff year bust just sayn. Plus we had a fumble called at the goal line, which was a terrible call and missed an extra point. So we left
8 points on the field. I guarantee Nc St has a better offense, plus UM was missing their best or 2nd best offensive weapon. So honestly neither can do much bragging.

I guarantee if Yeldon or AJ shot off fireworks they would not get kicked off. Saban obviously had to make room for a recruit. I mean who knows crap that coachs know about that we never hear about. With Carter he obviously had no choice cause of most if not all SEC 3 strike rules on failed drug tests. Guarantee Carter would be playing if there was a way to hide numerous failed drug tests.

I don't even know why you're bringing Tennessee up lol. Must have not had a worthwhile rebuttal.

You said Alabama's offense would score 40+ this year after playing one game. One game in which they didn't even score 40.

Michigan sucked. Period. Alabama's offense won't score 40 on anyone except the cupcakes.

We should thank Saban huh? You've lost your mind guy. We recruited Sentimore and he's playing better than he was as a Tide player(due to better coaching). I guess Saban gave us Curt Maggitt and AJ too huh? And Sunseri learned how to coach from Saban. Bama fan logic right here.

SN: Duron Carter as a starter just shows you how poor your WR corp is. Our juco WRs look more like CP. That's what we do at WRU.

Lol, I have to say, through all of this BS that's gone in this thread, this is the best post. What makes it better is that it's true. :salute:

Best post I have seen lately. Sunseri may have picked up a few new things from Saban, but please don't even go there when it comes to Fox vs. Saban on defense. Fox wrote the book and has decades of success in the NFL to prove it - who was Sunseri's mentor. Saban tucked his tail and ran away almost as bad as Petrino. Bama is not even in the same league as UT on WRs. They get one every few years. We reload nearly every year with multiple.

SIAP From Mike Ferrell:

Am I the only one who thinks that after seeing Gurley at Georgia and T.J. Yeldon at Alabama last weekend that Derrick Henry's best chance to be a running back could be in Knoxville? Henry makes his decision Sept. 28 and will visit the Vols on Sept. 15. Alabama is still considered the team to beat and Georgia, where he originally committed, is still in the mix.

Ok but I love your effort.

You know and have said it when Sentimore signed with UT that he was going to start for UA in the fall before transferring. Why so many were excited for signing him. Shall we go back and bring that thread back to life. Where even I complimented UT on getting him because I knew how good he was going to be and that UA expecting him to be a starter.

You have to be the greatest orange kool-aid drinker there is but respect that, where many on here do not have the faith in their team that you do.:hi:
