'13 AL RB Johnathan Ford (no longer a Vandy commit)

Tomorrow night will be a big night for the staff with Ford. Let's hope the North momentum rolls into Ford's home and scores another weapon on offense.

Would be great if Ford publicly commits after the visit tomorrow. North and Ford would be two HUGE offensive commits.

I don't understand why people are shocked that we can't land a big time running back. When you go 2.5 years without any sort of commitment to a running game then kids stop looking at you. We're gonna have to show these kids that we can put them in a position to get to the league.

Who didn't commit to the running game? The athletic department? The entire university? New coaching staff. These HS RBs aren't stupid enough to think that schemes don't change with coaching changes.

From AU Rivals -

Tennessee plans to visit New Hope (Ala.) 4-star RB Johnathan Ford this week. I still consider Auburn the favorite, and if Ford visits again this weekend instead of Georgia or Florida State, the Tigers' chances increase dramatically.

I'm in the slight edge going to Tennessee category. Probably still on the Marquez North high, but I just believe Ford will find being the only back in our class compelling. We will see.

... When it comes to taking up for auburn.

If my posts have offended you in some manner, I implore you to use the ignore function located on the left of your screen and stop trivializing my time with this nonsense.

While you do that, I'll be here, caring about this as little as humanly possible.
