'13 AL RB Johnathan Ford (no longer a Vandy commit)

It's not that I have a problem with them doing their evaluations of kids, its all the bad mouthing of these young men. Saying a kid would not be a good fit is one thing but the way some carry on completely trashing some of these young men is a little ridiculous.

Yes, I do understand its a message board and likewise, if you dont like my comment dont read it!

Good post.

What kind of competition is he playing? Highlights are him running through 11 smaller white guys. He looks like a solid pickup though, especially given our situation.
I'll go for green/Kamara with some Ford on the side.

Of course I would love to have a Green, or a Kamara, or an Alex Collins, but I would be more than happy with Ford and Kemp if that is how it shook out.

Brent Hubbs said Ford will be on campus for an OV this weekend. Heard him say it on Nashville radio this morning.

All reports coming from Vandy's rivals site says that Ford will not be visiting UT this weekend. Guess we'll find out this weekend.

"“I’m planning some visits,” he said. “I’m going to get with my coach and my family, and I’m talking that over with my family. It’s only a once-in-a-lifetime thing, so I’m just trying to check it and make sure it’s the right decision.”"

Oh how I miss the days when a comment like ^^^that would have been followed up with 1/2 a million people rolling on the floor laughing. I so want to see Tennessee get back to being Tennessee.

Agree with this, too. It's sad that we are celebrating anything over Vanderbilt. Beating them and getting recruits they want should be givens.

This would be awesome to steal another recruit from Vandy.

Thanks for stealing our lowest rated recruit so we can give the spot to Jordan Cunningham :hi:

You think that if CJF wanted him badly he would have just let him go like that without pushing for an official visit? Please.

EDIT: Tone sounded harsher than originally intended. No harm meant.
