Do you know Santos personally?

Have you ever heard of a guy named Randall Cobb per chance? Tennessee tried that. He stuck with Kentucky because we were too late.

It happens. Alot.

Id give 2 to 1 that cdd pulls off another great recruiting class. We may even have a couple of surprises. Santos would be a great addition and id put my money on getting him.

My gut feeling is he will stick to his committment!!:rock:

I really believe that Texas is too little too late..Diaz can apologize all he wants but it doesn't change the fact that they were very late in the game.:birgits_giggle:

And I would contend he became one in some part because he was snubbed by us. He went in with a huge chip on his shoulder, and played that way his entire college career.
Hopefully Dalton feels that way too, but he's giving TX a much longer look than Cobb did when we offered I believe.

Let's just hope Van is that country. Haha. I didn't remember Cobb saying things like Dalton has said about Texas, other than that he liked us growing up. I think the snub by us on Cobb was worse considering the comparable talents of the states, and that he was literally in our back yard. That said, TX is no powerhouse these days, I definitely agree with you there.

I still don't understand how ESPN has him as the #1 ILB and Scout as the #5 MLB, but Rivals still has him as the #16 MLB

can yall imagine the pressure he is prob going thru right now.... the back and forth BS with family, friends, coaches... lots of stuff for a 17-18 year old young man to deal with. wow easy for all of us to forget....

that said.... man i hope he is a VOL :)

Chase Daniel did exactly this to TX, and honored his commitment to Mizzou. Basically told TX to **** off.
