I found this article about him published from a NC news paper December 13th, rated by rivals.com and has been invited to go to the Gridiron Classic combine in Charleston, S.C., plus San Antonio after the holidays for the Army All-American combine.

"We put on a Clemson jersey, touched the rock, and ran down the hill" Guillermo said. "Being a big Clemson fan, after that, I knew I wanted to be there."
we won't recruit a center next year with Crowder onboard, just unlucky timing for
Guillermo
I dont agree. I'm not sure they have any interest in Guillermo, but I think there is a good chance they will take another Center or at least a guard that could project as a center. Crowder is going to be a very long-term project IMO.
Clemson rivals site has a article up on him today. He says he was a life long Clemson fan. Talks about getting offer after attending Junior day there. I think Brooks and Cadwell are recruiting him. It doesn't say he committed but from the sound of it he might as well.
This is him talking about Junior day there....
UT had evaluated him and will continue to do so. Jay did extremely well in San Antonio last month at the combine and is good on the field and in the classroom. However, it should be noted that he's a North Carolina native and grew up a Clemson fan. I believe his father is perhaps director of music for First Baptist Church in Maryville. But Clemson had known of and been recruiting Guillermo since his sophomore season in N.C.
-Brice.Having said that, Guillermo is considered to be perhaps a top-five center if he focuses on that position; he's versatile enough that he played center and guard last year. Again, he's very smart, athletic and moves well for his size. His technique is good already, and it will get even better working under David Ellis, who's a former high school head coach and could have been a college position coach in the past. Plus, Clemson has had MHS kids before.
