Right now, Redmond , a cornerback/safety, is a Mississippi State commit and Kimbrow, a Rivals100 all-purpose back, is pledged to Vanderbilt. But what's interesting is that Vanderbilt hasn't given up on Redmond and Mississippi State hasn't stopped pursuing Kimbrow, which should make for an interesting battle down the stretch.

I'm sorry to bump this thread guys & I dont want to get another circus started on here about Kimbrow BUT for the people that think Kimbrow chose Vandy over us simply b/c thats where he wanted to go read these quotes from Kimbrow over the past 2 years

"I've always wanted to be a Tennessee Volunteer."

"My parents love Tennessee...especially my dad."

"I love Tennessee's tradition."

"It's my home state school."

Been my thinking for awhile now. Thanks JMoore.

It will be a big, big deal when he comes to play in Neyland.

I think he would have played for us based just on skill, but he's not a devastating 'loss'

Also remember that teenagers are fickle.

Not saying your wrong, you could be completely right, but there is some possibility that his mind has changed over two years.

Hell my mind changes every two years, i couldnt imagine being a football recruit, pulled everywhich way by different people.

Saying all that, you could be completely right. We just will never know for sure
