Massive Blow to our class? How can you make this statement if you haven't been keeping up with recruiting. If you had been keeping up with it you would have known that we are in it with some outstanding RB's. I hope we get Kimbrow but massive blow going to Vandy, I think not.

I would rather us be in with a bunch of big time defensive talent. This year to date has been disappointing to me. Jmo.

It is funny to me that people are dissapointed now in may,a nd people were dissapointed this past signing day that we didn't have any big suprises. I imagine if we had our class filled already with 4 and 5 star guys come signing day you would still find something to biatch about. Calm down and let the coaches work and in 3 years let me know what you think of thier 1st two classes.

Be patient. With the limitations we have on scholarships to give out this year, it's going to be a much slower process than normal. It's silly to be concerned about recruiting in May.

i'd be pretty shocked if he committed to Vandy....good for Vandy if he does I suppose. Not sure he will be able to turn into anything great there.

Hell is he is that good he can get drafted. Cutler is the only person I can remember being drafted there is a while. I sure there may be more just not aware of them.

Chris Williams went in the first round to the Bears.

Earl Bennett was a 3rd round pick by the Bears.

Hunter Hillenmeyer was drafted by the Packers and became a starter for the Bears until he got hurt in 2010.

D.J. Moore was a 4th round pick by the Bears from Vandy.

The Bears also have Jay Cutler.

Lovie must love Vandy kids

I just saw where he's supposed to be visiting Cincy in a few weeks.

Cincinnati is in the Top 2 right now for a lot of quality Memphis area prospects. Gross, Cole, and some others. I guess they could be a legit option if all those guys decide to go to school together.

I saw where Barton Simmons at 247 said he talked to a Memphis HS coach this week who told him not to be surprised if Cincy landed a number of Memphis prospects this year.

I'd say the chance to play early at a BCS school that has had some recent success could be a reason.

But I think it is more of a case of having an excellent recruiting staff. I will say this their Head Coach and some of his staff are fantastic recruiters. The class they signed last year was pretty amazing considering the abysmal recruiting budget they have to work with (Probably the lowest of any BCS school). Butch Jones is a very good recruiting head coach and he prioritizes it above all else.

I love chili but that was the most disgusting stuff I have ever put in my mouth. I think the chef at Skyline dumped a 5-lb bag of brown sugar in my bowl. Thank goodness for King's Island the next day. I might play football for Cincy so I could go ride those roller coasters!
