most of us try to. what is richie's biggest factor as far as just football is concerned? scheme? potential playing time? potential to play for chamionships? (conference at least) what would you say he looks for in a school? thanks again for getting on here and easing our minds. Just for the record, try to stay in the recruiting forums and your opinion of our site will still stay positive. this is where most of our best posters hang around lol more sanity in here.
Richie doesnt have just one thing that is important to him. He wants the total package (including playing time)as far as programs go. Thats why they are taking all the visits and sticking it out until the end.
I spoke to my mom and she says they met the new DC Sal Sunseri. She say he is from Alabama or something. They met the head coach and his wife. They had a big dinner party. Tomorrow will be a bigger day though.
I joined the Army right out of high school. I am 27 now and finishing my degree at USM (nursing) I have been through knoxville. I know its beautiful.
I actually dont get on the other boards. I read this and liked how much interest was shown here. I saw some people saying UT didnt have much of a chance. I wanted to let them know that UT has the same chance as the others. It will come down to a decision after much thought and prayer by my dad and brother.
I have never joined or communicated on other boards. I have read some. Some people doubt my brother. They dont think he is as fast as his times say. They are probably just some other athletes cousin trying to knock down my brother. I havent read any of that on this board. Ya'll keep it classy.

Also, I want to be the first to congratulate my brother on being picked as a Parade All American. just read this news article about it:Long Beach's Richie Brown named Parade All-American | gulflive.com

He is at around 225. He has very powerful legs. His upper body will probably fill out a lot more in a college football workout program. He has a nice solid frame with room to grow. The best part about him is his speed and agility though. He has been the fastest kid on his team since he was a sophomore. I believe his speed wont be affected by weight gain because of this. When he was a freshman he was around 195. As a sophomore he was 205. He has continually put on weight and speed and got more agile as he has gained.
And on a side note. He is a good leader but is willing to learn.
and my favorite part about him is that he is an awesome uncle to my son, Aidyn.

How are they different? Brown is 230 right now. He could be 245 by the start of the season. They are both big and fast
If Brown is as fast as they say he would make Santos look slow... Not a knock on Santos but some of the numbers on Brown indicate, IMO, he has elite speed for that size.. WE NEED BOTH....
Edit: If he were to stay at 225lbs, would they consider playing him at safety? Good Gawd he could be a MONSTER with that size and his speed at that position... Just a thought..

Nah he's not a safety dude. Brown is a LB that would be fun to watch off the edge.
