This is the same "common sense" people said about Humphrey's too. All you have is one guy on here telling us not to worry. All we had was skeeter telling us not to worry. And we all know what happened. Where has skeeter been anyways?

Not true. I have said since day 1 there is nothing to worry about with Obrien. Has always been a Vol. I know theres always a chance something could happen, but all this UM talk is just part of the game. There has been others here also confident in Obrien, but like me, they don't tend to hang out on this thread reassuring the worry worts daily.

Also, this is nothing like the Humphries deal. Skeeter never said he was definitely going to be a Vol, only that we had a good shot at switching him if he cancelled his FNL visit, because Humphries himself told the staff so. Others here took that and ran with it, assuming he was a Vol lock. Not Skeeters fault IMO. Our staff did an incredible job to get us as close as we were in the end, but Humphries was delivered to UF on a silver platter.

Watching that interview, the kid lights up all smiles when he talks about Michigan. I have nothing but a gut feeling that if Michigan ends up offering him a spot then he is theirs.
