JC Shurbutt from 247 this morning said he is attending the Michigan vs. ND game this week, and out of all the recruits on campus, he would be the one to most likely commit to UM this weekend.

I like my chances with Shurtbutt talking about a Michigan recruit. We weren't in Arnett's top 3 the night before he decided according to Shurbutt.

Just don't understand it. Michigan last I checked is about full and has zero skill guts committed and mostly defensive players. What's he thinking if he committs there? I know they ate the homeschooling but damn. We need some DTs bad. Not sure why we can't get them anymore.

Although there are a lot of reports indicating otherwise, the staff still feels VERY confident about O'Brien. Not sure what to think here.

Sound like they may be getting "Dawsoned" again. I hope not. I do wish this kid would just say WTH he is going to do, and get it over with so the staff can move on one way or another.

The kid wants to go see U of M's first game under the lights vs. ND. If I lived near Ann Arbor I would probably go too, especially if I got to watch from the sidelines, and I hate Michigan. Not worried. Vol on NSD IMO

no? He's from Michigan and an hour away. He's only going to make it to one UT game - so why the hell would he take that trip this week during the UC game? It's clear he's only considering two schools... so it's either go no where, go to Michigan (short drive) or waste his visit to UT when we play UC rather than coming when we play someone big like LSU.

Don't think I could agree more. Spot on Mr Bruno

Does worry me a bit, but he did go to every Michigan game last year as well and then named us his leader.

He lives 45 minutes from Ann arbor and he loves football no wonder he's going to a football game! And a huge rivalry game at that. I'm not worried a bit.

So two straight Michigan games doesnt worry you? At all?

:eek:k:

This. Even if he is going for the experience, with each gameday at the Big House --with everyone bragging on him and asking him to come to UM--he'll become more and more of a Wolverine fan.

Hang out with a pretty girl that you have no intention of dating for a few weeks and you might just fall in love.

Just like Harrison Smith did with UT.

Hes said plenty positive about them, but if he ever named them his leader it would be full meltdown mode.
