Been sayin this for months but some need proof. I rarely read this thread because its the same needless worrying every day. UM was never a major threat IMO.

People say not to worry, he has always said HS was going to wait a while to commit anyway. Pipkins was there top guy and they got him. That's why they turned away Schutt, which is no scrub. Schutt and Pipkins are 1 techs and that's why Schutt was turned away. Now O'Brien is a 3 and gives UM more options, that's why they would find room. He's waiting to see how UM performs on the field and how the new staff does this year. Godin is 265, and they want him bigger. Thing is UM hasn't told him they were done like they did Schutt.

If anybody thinks we are sitting pretty with this kid then they are drinking the cool-aid! This kid WANTS to be a wolverine. We are only a back up plan. If UM turns him down he will be a vol and after his first year he will get home sick and wanna transfer back home.

I dont think there is any doubt about that. The ball is clearly in UM's court. If they definitely consider him a take (which I think they ultimately will) then that is where he is going to end up.

Thick as thieves! Nah, just kidding, but reading these boards makes my head spin. The way I see it, most people on here state their opinion based on their gut feeling or trends they have seen over the years. Some post based on what recruits have mentioned to them on Facebook/twitter, in which I don't really believe the recruit has much reason to be 100% honest. So I choose to believe three posters I think are as "inside" as you can be: OCI, Skeet and SpringBokVol. Obviously nothing they say is 100% b/c in recruiting, I am not sure that exists. But for me and my state of mind, I just listen to those 3 a little more than the rest.

Then when a goes somewhere other than Tennessee...just declare that we have silents, they had character/grade issues, or we have better "big fish" on the line and ready to commit any day now. :thumbsup:
