"I don't want him at UT"

"He's not that good on the film I saw"

WTF

Our fans never cease to amaze me...

It's sad how the fans are now bashing this kid on message boards. Rumors of how LSU never wanted him and he fakes injuries not to practice, how he would come out the games on Friday nights faking injuries. In 3 years Bourque has rushed for nearly 6,000 yards and scored 115 td's.. This doesn't include stats from his freshman year where he was named all state as an return specialist... Bourque played high school ball in the same classification as LSU rb Kenny Hilliard and current recruit Jeremy Hill...

Over here we call that the ol "We didn't want him anyway" routine.

I really like the rest of your post, thanks for sharing...sounds like a beast and I'm pretty excited he wants to be a Vol

Try to ignore the negative ones as much as possible. I think the majority of UT fans would love to see this kid in orange.

If you are ranked in the top 5 recruits in the state of LA, WE WANT! SO WANT! SO SO WANT!!!!!

This will be Graham's first big pull. Book it. He's a big reason we'll get Bourque in the end.

I am pumped up after seeing this cats film. Very impressive player. Would be a beast at WR. hope he shows out at the RB position though, I know that's where he wants to play at.

How do you pronounce his last name? This will be a nightmare for kesling

get talented athlets on campus, practice them, then worry about what position they'll play... imo CJG will make davante a solid back

Hard to fake your way through 6,000 yds and 115 TDs.

The unfortunate nature of the beast. I've always enjoyed coming across witty and thoughtful posters that are actual fans and reasonably considerate human beings (which is not to say one can never be unhappy with the direction of things) - but it sure seems sometimes like they're few and far between amongst the hordes of the very vocal has-beens, never was, coach wannabe, impatient, low IQ, and happiness revolves around decisions/success/failures of a bunch of 18-22 year-olds. Thankfully there's more to life.

I wonder if this kid is higher up on the board than than Mike Davis? Maybe they feel they have a better chance at landing Bourque or if they feel that he is more talented or fits what we need in our system. Seems like Davis or Bourque will be huge for this class, probably can't go wrong with either. I'm really excited about the backs on our roster with lane, tom smith, alden hill, and Bourque more likely. Do you guys believe Watson will be a return specialist and possibly on end arounds like d.young?

Would be great news if/when that becomes official...definitely seems like UT is on the way to building a nice stable of RB's ala LSU...I don't need Heisman candidates, just a productive rotation to keep teams honest while T Bray lights up the scoreboard

Pretty sure Hilliard could be a Heisman candidate in the future if he was at another school. He's going to be crazy good as long as he doesn't get too big. I want a star at RB. I will take a solid back but I want a true threat at RB that coaches have to gameplan around.

Wouldn't shock me if that was the case. Just generally speaking though, the way UT's offense is currently structured with the passing game the way it is, seems a healthy rotation would be much more beneficial than relying on a guy like M Lat or T Rich. Keeps legs fresh and then allows guys like a Hilliard to develop into that stud by the time he is an upperclassman
