I think our chances with Mike Davis may increase dramatically if playing time early is still important to him. Kenny Miles is coming back to USCjr.

Davis is the obvious 3rd RB on the depth chart. He would compete for 1st right now against Lane and Borque.

Skeeter I read everyone of your posts since you are more than a guy who is possibly in the know. You do know that this is how COCK Boards loose their mind starting tweeting at Mike Davis and makes him hide under his shell and re-think his possible decommits. I would appreciate something like this just staying in your personal conversations. Its different if we get a visit from someone uncommitted like Goldman but with a possible flip, with 24/7 media it causes to much trouble for the staff.

Yeah, the no respect for those that kept the engine running in athletics kinda burns me to. While at times I could have been defiant, I was never one to disrespect those that played before me. It was the advice of those guys that helped me go as far as I did. Too bad this generation doesn't see it.

Maybe. But you saying it doesn't give it extra credibility. You have no more knowledge to the siuation than anyone else. And I would go as far to say less knowledge, being that you and your fellow homers live in an imaginary Athens bubble, thinking that 25, 5 stars are coming your way every year.

Well the South Carolina boards are saying he is visiting Ok State next week. I really don't know what to believe about Davis. Apologies if the rumor is false , but I did say it was a rumor. Maybe Skeeter can tell us if he knows anything.

Even when Davis committed to South Carolina, I still didn't think this one was over. Im not sold on Davis's commitment and if we get a visit out of him next weekend then it looks like we could be in for a surprise by NSD. At least that's what I hope.
