On second thought....skeeter didn't say 0.000001%....he said 0.000001% chance....the symbol has a text value and is not numerical...

When someone says something is a 100% chance do they mean 100(1/100) and therefore a 1% chance?

What the?

That looked fun. .0000000000001945% have at it guys:)

Well...after my new lesson in probability I now know that .0000000000001945% = .0000000000001945(1/100) = .000000000000001945%

I suppose I just fancy myself a dork and the reality is much differant :)

100% =1, Prob(Event) =1, just like the P(heads) = 1/2 or 50% chance

No, when they say something is a 100% chance they mean 100(1/100)=1 which is different than 1%=.01.

1%=1 in a hundred=.01:good!:

What the?

I know....I was just back tracking...hoping nobody would be the wiser...you all are too smart for that :)

No one told me ther was going to be math.....
