100% =1, Prob(Event) =1, just like the P(heads) = 1/2 or 50% chance
No, when they say something is a 100% chance they mean 100(1/100)=1 which is different than 1%=.01.
1%=1 in a hundred=.01:good!:
What the?
On second thought....skeeter didn't say 0.000001%....he said 0.000001% chance....the symbol has a text value and is not numerical...
When someone says something is a 100% chance do they mean 100(1/100) and therefore a 1% chance?
