My bad, I thought you were saying the coaches shouldn't have played Worley at all. Some think "burning his redshirt" was a travesty. I apologize.eace2:
I doubt the coaches will play Peterman this fall if Bray stays healthy but if they do, and he performs well, I'll be glad they did.
a little info on Tyler Bray and Nathan Peterman...Gator Dep, you'll enjoy this...GBO!
The morale of the team is totally different than it was last season. Tyler Bray is a true leader and is coming into form and accepting of the role. He is consistent in his practice routine and doesn't take too much special treatment from the coaching staff. He's spending a lot of time with Chaney discussing the playbook and there is a lot chatter about the use of Nathan Peterman in a Newton/Tebow/Whatever running QB for short yardage situations this year. This alone has the team excited simply because it's something new, different, and something they have seen championships won by doing. Bray is our quarterback, obviously, but Peterman may not be the guaranteed redshirt that some of us may think.
- Who is the most impressive underclassman at this point?
Hard to tell right now because we havent got to see everyone in pads, but Peterman is a man-child IMO. CP impresses everyone, so Ill go with Peterman just because its different.

Funny you mentioned him, because I was thinking he should be healed enough in a couple of weeks or so to start doing some limited practice. Anyone heard how his physical therapy is going?
Last I heard he was fully functional and rearin' to go this summer. The original prognosis was that he would miss the spring game but would be back in time for summer workouts.
It will definitely be interesting to watch if they do install a special "Tebow" package for Peterman. Teams have definitely had success with it but others have struggled. I think it would be a great added dimension for the weapons we're bringing to the table this year.

I think he's a friend of the family. Retired police officer, big supporter of Nate, and super nice guy from everything we've seen here.
Anyone have any news on Nate?
