As much as a top 10 QB can be a steal. But I agree. Gonna be good I think. Reminds me of Aaron Rodgers Style-wise...Hope he develops well.

I feel like a huge homer comparing him to guys like Rodgers and Brees, but that's just who he reminds me of. I think he's going to be really, really good.

I think he'll be a Peterman. I'm not going to compare him to maybe the No.1 QB in the game right now. I'll let him do something for UT first. But I do think he's a very good young prospect. Glad we got him. I know UF fans wish he was on their squad right now.

Thanks for posting the pics. Nate was a good size kid when he left Bartram, but adding another 20lbs wont be a problem with his size.

Looking forward to more reports from spring training.

I hope folks are able to keep you informed Dep. You did an awesome job for us. Nate was a favorite Vol before he ever got on campus.

Fortenberry on VQ said last night that although Peterman doesn't have as strong an arm as Bray (which idk many QB's in CFB that do) he does however have a quick & compact release & he has thrown the ball well since arriving on campus.

I really enjoyed keeping ya'll up to date, VG. And I hoped I was able to show that not all Gator fans are a pain in the arse...LOL.

Looking forward to keeping up with Nate at UT the next 4 years.

Thanks for that, Jmoore. I expect his arm strength to get better with the training there at UT. It's wasn't bad to begin with and he'll only get better.

I would say that a lot of VNers think highly of you as a Gator fan as well as a few other. You have always been repectful and given great updates on Nate. I hope you stick around. Although Nate's update maybe in the football forum in the future.

That forum is not for the weak of heart. Mostly doom and gloom crowd. Sad bunch for the most part. VN would be a better site if 3/4 of them went away.

I hardly ever go over there. I don't expect you to either. We'll update this thread for you. That forum is just...pathetic, for a lack of a better word.

That forum is ridiculous. Then a few of them(ex:LebanonVol) come over here and get pissy because things in the recruiting forum are a bit more open minded. The mods are beginning to understand the difference in the two forums I think.

I hope you plan on visiting Neyland once Nate becomes our starter. If Bray shows out this year,,,Nate could be starting as early as next season. Nothing against Worley as I see some great competition between the two as to whom our next starter will be. Both are great kids with great futures.

I hope to get up there at least once when Nate gets to be a starter. I retire in June of 2013, so I should be able to make any games after that. :)

It should be an interesting competition with Worley.
