You happen to have a list or their names? Just curious...

UTVOL,

From the roster on the Offense Defense web site, these are the ones I found, not including Nate.

Mauty Mauk QB Kenton OH Missouri
Tommy Armstrong QB Steele TX Nebraska
Caleb Rowe QB Blue Ridge SC Maryland
Justin Thomas ATH/QB Prattville AL Georgia Tech
Orlando Thomas CB/QB Copperas Cove TX Texas

Dep

*too slow, you already got the answers..LOL.

I read that some of the media guys covering the O and D Game make comments that Peterman took a lot of risks and threw into tight windows. Thats what good QBs do folks. Look at NFL QBs. They throw into foot wide windows. You rarely see NFL WRs open by 5 yards as you do in college football.

Sounds like we are getting a fine QB who will get even better with time and experience.

Seriously! I read a couple articles from the OD Bowl where the reporters said this and couldn't believe it! I've seen him play and the "risks" Peterman takes at times are accurate throws that leave room for play makers to make plays. IMO, he is a very accurate passer and makes smart decisions. I'd rather have a QB that takes risks at times than one that always throws to the check down - big risks can = big gains.

Plus, switching QBs every other series and only two days of practice aren't the greatest ingredients for a perfect performance.

Scholar-athlete of the year plus a top ten performer in practice (Verbal commitments stand out in All Star practice - Tennessee Volunteers - CBSSports.com RapidReports). With Dep's reviews he is literally "a gentleman and a scholar!"

Glad Nate is performing so well. It also shows I wasn't blowing smoke when I was doing his game updates. LOL

Nope - Peterman was highest ranked at the Bowl. I think the closest to him was his teammate for the game, Mauk - ranked 22nd.

Yahoo Sports: Rivals.com Ranking - Rivals.com pro-style quarterbacks 2012

J any of these guys ranked higher than Peterman. Just curious.

Yes, a couple of them were but not as pro style qb's. Justin Thomas is #225 on rivals 250 and the #19 Athlete. Orlando Thomas is #130 on rivals 250 and #9 Athlete.

I'm sure that Kiel re-baiting the hook was enticing to the UT coaches, but Peterman proved that he may be as good or better than anyone else out there.

it is important to get Peterman in early and learn the offense, amid some scary-bad rumors that are floating around concerning the position on "The Hill".

Nate's an EE so he'll be there soon!

You bet Dep.... our pleasure, and the state of Florida's loss..... how did he slip away from Fla, FSU, Miami, and Central Fl all?

Not sure about the others reasons, but Florida took two highly ranked QBs last year. I guess they figured they had who they needed. I'd have loved for Nate to have gone to UF.

But at least he's in the SEC so I can still keep tabs on him. :)

and sorry nathan peterman on behalf of all of rocky top talk for calling you nathan peterson in an entire article..
