Since when did a 2.2 GPA and 22 on the ACT become not good enough to get a high caliber athlete into UT? Heck there's regular students with those numbers at UT right now. This dude will get in.

No thanks, Bonner is our high risk/reward type player. If we take Leggett, Dooley is taking some Lane Kiffin type risks that won't pay out in the long run. He's at Marshall for a reason.

Bonner basically committed prior to the visit. So, the answer is no. We will land Leggett if admissions approves, which I believe they will.

I don't think that's a very accurate statement ever since UT got the HOPE scholarship (or whatever they call it there).

if you told me in june we had a shot at AJ Leggette a week before NSD , i would have called you anything but your name.

dude he has to get through admissions first, and he has failed that test at schools that are alot more relaxed then we are, and that doesn't account what the NCAA will do. So he could get accepted here conditionally and NCAA could deny him.
