The AP Poll and Coaches Poll don’t go that far in their rankings.

Georgia Tech wasn’t ranked 78 in the AP, they had 78 votes. For all intents and purposes, that amount of votes made them, more or less, would make them 28th in the AP rankings (if it went past 25)

GA Tech has a cupcake schedule until UGA. And then they'll have to play either Miami or FSU in the ACC championship game.

Could they make the CFP? It will all come down to that ACC title game unless they just poop the bed with a bunch of low hanging fruit
