Probably the #1 propsect in Virginia for 2011.

Plays QB for his high school team. Wants to play slot receiver or cornerback. His 40 time is legit.

Dooley has ties to the Virginia area.

His offer list includes Miami, Pittsburg, pretty much all the Virginia schools, UCLA, and Tennessee.

The top-ranked prospect in the Commonwealth put up huge numbers as a sophomore in 2008 by rushing for 920 yards (8.6 yds/carry) and throwing for another 696 yards with 15 touchdowns earning first team all-region honors as a kick returner for the Yellow Jackets. Though his top asset is likely his 4.4 speed, Terrell earns wide praise for his no-fear approach to the game and his ability to make big plays when most needed. It's rarely fair to a prospect to make comparisons to an already established player but numerous sources have called him "the closest thing in Virginia to Percy Harvin since Percy Harvin."
wow

His Dad:
"Brandon was like 155, 160 coming out of Osbourn. I would have liked to have seen him have a shot at quarterback at West Virginia, but cornerback is turning into a good spot for him," said father Zach, who helps coach Osbourn Park's 7-on-7 summer league team.

Dominique:
"I am wide open. I don't have any favorites at this point."

As a junior, Terrell passed for 602 yards and seven touchdowns. He also rushed for 1,025 yards and six scores.

Dooley seems like kinda coach who's strength is selling himself to parents.

This kid plays for a great defensive coach at OP. I am sure he is schooled on how to play Db very well. Looks like a great pick up if DD can snag him.

Four-star ATH Dominique Terrell of Virginia (No. 128 on the ESPNU 150) is still working on narrowing down his list of schools, but a few of them stand out, he tells Nate Adelson of ESPN affiliate InsidetheU.com. First off, Terrell says that this fall he will take an official visit to Miami ... even though he claims to never have spoken to any coaches at the school. He supposedly received an offer last September but hasn't heard a peep from the Canes since. Sounds suspicious to us. (Perhaps Terrell had been in touch with former recruiting coordinator Clint Hurtt, who is now at Louisville, and no one else was assigned to him?)

Terrell also said that West Virginia and Tennessee are recruiting him the hardest, and in fact the Mountaineers may be his current leader. He's been to Morgantown multiple times (including for the spring game) and has always come away impressed. "I like their offense, the spread they run, and I've talked to Coach (Chris) Beatty (the RB coach and recruiting coordinator) a lot," Terrell said. "I really like how he said they're going to use me at the slot position. Their slot receivers are right around my size and they've done big things so that's another big thing."

Could Terrell be the Mountaineers' replacement for Jock Sanders?

Would be a solid get, havent heard much on him.

It seems we're really trying to get a slot receiver in this class. It only makes sense though with the size of the WR's we got in the '10 class.

probably won't happen since it seems like we've already signed several athlete or defensive back types in this class already, but still thought i would bump this since it's signing day. it says we're still in the mix on rivals.
