His playmaking ability is like DeSean. This is the best WR in this class in my opinion. He's definitely not as fast as Desean but hardly anyone is. However, in terms of playmaking ability this kid is in that level coming out of HS.

Disagree on the speed thing. I don't see Ambles when I see Arnett. Arnett would be a great slot receiver here and can be on the outside if need be. More versatile WR. The person Arnett reminds me is Damian Williams.
