Why in the world would Miami not make a strong run for Charlie Strong? I think he would be a great fit down there and would bring in elite talent every single year.

Strong is a good recruiter, but he is not proven at all. I am not sold on him, he had some good defenses but the talent he had was just sick at times.

He proved himself to me this year by getting Louisville to 6-6. Their talent is absolutely terrible there and he somehow got them bowl eligible. Also, had them in the thick of 3-4 other games that they lost right at the end. I really think he'd be a great fit at Miami.
