Only on film, saw the other two live and in color but from every thing I've ever heard from people with an opinion I trust, they say exactly the same thing. The old (and very bad) joke in the area was that there wasn't a sport where you wouldn't take AI with the first pick...as long as it wasn't bowling.

He is one of those types of athletes that doesn't come around very often at all.

However, he would'nt be good on teh debate team either.

Guys, just got some info from a UNC insider friend of mine today..... makes me have second thoughts about Brandon Willis. Prior to today, I would've told you 80% UT with UNC in 2nd and Miami a distant 3rd. I'm just not quite that confident now.

I'll stick with my guns and pick him to choose UT, but that's more hope than anything...

I think he is definitely scared of our DLine depth and the guys we already have committed and who may commit to UT before NSD. I think he is using the hostess thing as a convenient excuse to go somewhere he can play right away. If we lose him it will suck....but, we have 2 stud sophomores (Hughes and Walls) that will be starting next year regardless. Losing Miller would hurt a LOT more, IMO.

I disagree I think we need Willis more but either way I don't think he is going to contribute next year, most true freshmen DT's dont make much of an impact their first year

He has. Miller's facebook a couple of days ago said he was going to a party at Willis' house. And when Miller was on the radio last week, he said he talked to Willis earlier that day...

If you have to take one, Miller is the one you want imo...

And I think the depth chart is what is hurting us. For some reason he seems to be scared of competition...

Yeah he must want to play DE if he is scared of depth because it is just Walls, Hughes, Nelson returning. Copeland and Smith coming in and Smith could eventually be an OL if DT doesn't fit him.

So he either wants to play DE which isn't smart or Davis and Blake are feeding him a crock of crap about our DT depth that does not exist...knowing Davis he is probably telling him it is dangerous in Knox like he did Miami..I can't stand Davis when it comes to recruiting because he is the dirtiest in the game.
