His family lives here including his sons grandparents...we are still a top name program...Im pretty sure he owns land/house here....he was a ga here... he has as many ties here than any other college/town in America....

Question is...does he want the grind associated with the S.E.C? Some don't...

I thought he was still going to be an EE, therefore he couldn't decommit without sitting out. There is no way he decommits USC if he was an EE.
