'10 GA OLB Michael Taylor

For those who think he'll never get playing time, they need to actually look at the UF linebacker depth chart and how much experience we have there. Heck we just converted safety Dee Finley to OLB because of the questions there and a whole lot more are coming when three senior OLBs graduate after this coming season.

Man his comments made me laugh. "My mom cried." Seriously man? Tennessee is no pushover school either. You were the nerdy chick in high school and we gave you a makeover, then you totally ditched us and decided to dance with the jock at the prom. "Florida gives me the opportunity to go where I want to go." Ummm, buddy, Tennessee is no bologna sandwich when it comes to putting players in the NFL. Oh well, I guess Urbie sold him some more of his bullcrap.

We don't care about your needs,or your depth, this is a Tennessee website. We could care less right now about how "great" your class is.

wtf is wrong with these kids?? UT is Top 5 tradition wise of all time. UF? Just a blip. Michael Taylor if you're stupid enough to believe what Urby is selling then you belong there. Don't F****** commit to us if you didn't want to be here. I hope he never plays a down there. Someone that stupid doesn't deserve to play, much less get a degree at a university

I think he would have switched even if The Lying Snake had stayed...JMO

I agree. Like several others, Taylor was already looking around while the snake and his staff were still here. Maybe the integrity of the new staff will bring some new looks to the Vols.

HAHA!! that is the funniest thing about the gator chomp part. with that kind of love scene, who knows if he would've fit in with our locker room

But its ok when another teams commit switches to ut??? Yea what comes around goes around.

Kind of like the ass whippings we laid on you for several years is that what you mean by coming around?Because if so I would say you are exactly correct that will be coming around once again real soon.Don't you have some other site you can hang out on, like gaytidefans.com or something?

Who cares anyway? Kids like him just want to win, and don't trust their own abilities enough to think they can do so at a school like UT. Even if they ride the bench to a NC, that's better to some than losing as a starter. Maybe Taylor is right. Maybe he'll be better with 5*'s all around him. Maybe he needs a couple of years to get some PT. If that's the guy he is, let him go. We can't afford to waste schollys on kids that don't want to start. Next year, when UF pulls in better OLB's and he gets passed on the depth chart by a freshman, he'll realize his mistake.

If the goal is to get to the NFL, then you might be better off playing around other talented players because it could help you boost your stats or visibility.

If that is his goal, people shouldn't bash him for going to Florida right now. With 3 seniors on the roster, he could start as early as next year.

It's just the way he decommitted. I don't fault him for switching to UF, it's the fact that he switched so quickly without any hint of remorse for shunning UT, like he never wanted to be here in the first place. And if he never wanted to be here, why did he freaking commit!???

oh good grief....the guy is committed to florida. lets move on. no reason to bash him.

That is a very noble position but I'm not that kinda guy. I'm a competitive carnivore and Taylor makes me mad as heck. I hope he falls flat on his face. He better get on the creatine or learn to play safety because 195lbs won't cut it in the SEC. Fair enough? I just gave him free advice. If you're not in orange, you're against the orange.

Like Nu'Keese?

20 lbs on a 6 foot guy isn't that hard. Why 20 lbs? Rennie Curran is 220. He's a pretty good LB in the SEC.
