'10 GA OLB Michael Taylor

With the guys Florida already has on roster I get the feeling this is more of a "beat Kiffin" offer more than a legit offer that they think this kid will ever see the field.

Let those go that aren't sure if they want to be a Vol. No need to beg when there's others out there what would give there all to UT. If he truly wants to be a Gator so be it. Its like he's been sexing the fat chick, now the prom queen winked at him and he's all googly eyed.

I don't think I necessarily like that anology.

Kipp Adams is reporting that Michael Taylor wants to commit to Florida
But isn't sure if he has a committable offer.
from Rivals
don't know for certain but a non-committable offer would be no surprise. looking like only three spots left now that Adrian Coxson is on board. LBs Jordan Hicks and Christian Jones are higher on our board, right now it sounds like we'll get QB Andrew Hendrix if QB Jesse Scroggins doesn't come and Seantrel Henderson is still out there. Perhaps if some of those players make their intentions clear in favor of other schools or a decommit or academic casualty occur then that offer might become committable.

Assuming for just a moment that Taylor does bolt for UF...it really makes me wonder just exactly what Meyer told him that could overcome what Monte had to have said during his in-home: Taylor is the perfect LB for Monte's defense. What does Meyer say to overcome a pitch from the greatest defensive mind in football, especially when our depth chart makes Taylor even more important to our D?

there are reasons that kids choose one school over another that would absolutely blow fans minds. trying to determine the reasons will drive you crazy..

CB several years ago chose NC State over Tennessee because of the ice cream in the dorm...

well he could say, "we have won 2 titles in 4 yrs...

just look at the class Im bringing in right now, we will win some more... "

*shrugs* makes sense to me, I'd put some heavy consideration into that school too

Wow....you sure like throwing around names of hot prospects that we are trailing for.

Hicks - Texas in the drivers seat. Our EE window is over.
C Jones - Please....a nole legacy pulling the trigger for UF?
Seantrel - Buckeye's to lose.
Scroggins - UF is a long way from So Cal.

OK - Hendrix and Coxson are good probabilities.

But we need LB's and this kid Taylor is a good one. A Taylor in the hand is worth a Hicks in the bush.
