That still doesn't explain that "based on things he heard today we get Luc"..What did he hear..If Strong has already made a decision to leave..Otherwise this makes no sense.

THat is not what he said. He basically said that FLA=#1 and that Tennessee is #2. But that because Charlie Strong is Luc's favorite thing about UF, and he will likely be leaving, that he PREDICTS that Luc will end up at Tennessee. But he says that this could very well be wrong depending on how the strong situation ends up, or how Florida covers it up.

Where did the source that posted this go..He should explain what he heard exactly that said we get LUC..He hasn't done that yet..

Contradictory statements were made..Clarification is needed from source.

He justed posted what he had. It sounds like NYC is making a prediction, based on an assumption.

If hes going to UF because of Strong then you can end this thread now. He will not be able to wait till Strong decides because Luc is an early enrollee and will have to decide and enroll well before Strong will ever even be considered for a job anywhere else.

That's why I said the post didn't make sense..Unless the source knows already that Strong won't be there..But that wasn't said.

There is no way he knows that right now.

I was assuming that is what NYC meant, and yes he is normally reliable.

All I said was the 2 statements were contradictory. NYC didn't exactly say what he heard today...I hope he's correct.

These guys that talk to recruits have to maintain trust when they talk to these guys. Otherwise no one will continue to talk to them. If Luc told him something in confidence then he should respect it.

Until LV posted the comments, it was a little confusing.

The way I first took it, he thought we would get him period. Then the Strong factor came out and changed it a little.

I think we can get him, Strong or not.
